My journey began in Political Science, where I developed a deep understanding of institutional structures and the challenges of administrative accountability (Jobabdihita). Recognizing that traditional policy-making could no longer keep pace with technological advancement, I transitioned into the AI space through a rigorous, self-directed technical path.
Rather than following a traditional classroom route, I built my expertise by solving real-world problems—transitioning from a researcher to a developer of AI-driven governance tools. I believe that in the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence, proven impact is the ultimate credential.

As the founder of Insights Bangladesh, I lead the nation's first data-driven governance hub, focused on real-time policy impact analysis and reducing corruption through evidence-based insights.
Global Policy Frameworks
Through aigovbd.org, I develop and host global AI policy research and tools, providing a roadmap for ethical AI adoption in developing economies.
The Vision
My work is centered on the "Mymensingh Model"—a blueprint for how local governments can utilize AI to eliminate bottlenecks, ensure transparency, and foster a more direct, honest connection with the citizens they serve.
